  • This hydraulic plate bending roll is built to last and has a very rigid frame made from fully welded plate steel, this design eliminates any deflection of the rolls even at maximum thickness capacity
  • Bending capacity up to 10 gauge | .1345" | 3.416 mm mild steel at the full length of maximum 60" | 1,524 mm
  • 4.75" | 120.65 mm Outside diameter rolls are hardened and polished to ensure no marring to the material being rolled
  • Complete hydraulically driven for increased durability and reliability
  • Powered by a 2 HP | 1.49 kW motor that runs on 220V/3 Phase/60 Hz. turns all three rolls, having three driven rolls increase efficiency of the machine
  • For repeatable bends the back roll position is displayed on a digital readout
  • The back roll is hydraulically controlled for up and down as well as left and right tilt for coning purposes
  • Dual emergency stop cables that are located on both the front and back of the machine for safety
  • The operator controls all movements via a remote pedestal
  • The control pedestal has foot pedal controls, and houses the buttons for advancing or retracting the back roll position
  • Optional coning attachment for creating conical bends without marring the frame of the roller
